Chilled Dip
Each dip makes 2 cups
BLT
What you Need:
- BLT dip mix (included)
- 250 ml (1 cup) of sour cream or plain yogurt
- 250ml (1 cup) of real mayonnaise
- Fresh diced tomato (optional)
- Chopped lettuce to garnish (optional)
What to do:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes before serving. Tastes even better if prepared a couple of hours in advance or overnight. Mix in diced tomato and top with chopped lettuce, if desired.
TZATZIKI DIP
All you need:
- contents of pouch of Dip mix
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
- 500 ml (2 cup) Greek yogurt
- 1 English cucumber with peel, seeds removed
All you do:
Grate cucumber & squeeze out the liquid.
ROASTED RED PEPPER DIP
All you need:
Contents of Dip mix seasoning
- 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream or plain yogurt
- 250 ml (1 cup) real mayonnaise
All you do:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes. Best if prepared a couple of hours in advance.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt & dip mix.
Add grated cucumber and mix well.
Refrigerate 15-20 minutes.
Tastes even better if prepared a couple hours in advance.
SOUTHWEST RANCH DIP
All you need:
- Southwest Ranch Dip mix (included)
- 250 ml (1 cup) sour cream OR yogurt
- 250 ml (1 cup) real mayonnaise
All you do:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate 15-20 minutes. Best if prepared a couple of hours in advance.
